Curiosity
Curiosity feeds innovation and makes everything feel new. I love the way being curious sparks creativity. It playfully dares me to fall in love with possibility and see opportunities.
Connection
When I feel connected I am inspired to take action and advocate from myself, others, and the planet. Connecting with myself sustains my ability to show up as a whole person. Connecting with others sustains my ability to experience empathy, to know others, and to be known. Connection with the environment evokes a sense of awe, reminding me that I am part of a bigger story.
Celebration
Photography is a medium for joy. Celebration has roots in gratitude and enables a perspective filled with wonder. A celebratory mindset transforms the ordinary into an abundance of everyday miracles. In the words of Poet Lucille Clifton, "One should wish to celebrate more than one wishes to be celebrated."
